At Origins we never get to see your card details.

Payments are accepted in British pounds, Euros, US dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars.
UK trade outlets are encouraged to contact Origins directly to find out current trade prices and availability.
Refunds and Returns
We want our customers to be completely happy with the goods they have purchased from us. If there is any reason that you are not happy, we would like to know about it. Please get in touch as soon as possible. Our policy is to refund or replace without quibble.
Refunds : simply return your purchases to us within 14 days (30 days from outside the UK), clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value and the original delivery cost of the returned goods directly to your credit/debit card.
Replacements : would you rather a replacement? If so, let us know that, and if it is practical we will replace rather than refund.
We take great care when packaging our products for delivery. However, occasionally they get a rough journey with the postal service or carrier. We will readily replace or refund any products damaged in transit.
